Depending on the selected Emergency Tone
type, the Tone Minimum Volume, Tone

/ row of the Emergency Tone List.
When the Man Down Trigger field is not set to "Disabled", and
when the Man-Down Emergency Tone Trigger is "Enabled", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
